I accept and give my consent for GENI to represent me in FISM until the end of the next World Championship of Magic (FISM WCM) to be held in Quebec, being automatically extended to the next triennium if neither party communicates the withdrawal of representation within a minimum period of time 30 days prior to renewal.

I authorize GENI to request my FISM card, being implicitly authorized to save and share my data with GENI and FISM following the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) of the European Community (Reg. Of 05/25/2018).
